EZROM will not design or host any website that contains, links to, or promotes any material that is obscene, adult-oriented, related to gambling, threatening, unlawful, abusive or libelous. Content will not express hatred, prejudice or violence, or encourage criminal activity or violate any local, state, national or international law. We reserve the right to refuse to design or host any web site that we deem to be inappropriate. EZROM does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, or political viewpoint.
Copyright of Content
EZROM retains copyright to all materials created by us, until the client's internet product is paid for in full.
Indemnification
It is the responsibility of the client to insure that all graphics and material provided to EZROM, Inc. for use in their projects are free from infringement of any copyrights or trademarks. Clients shall hold harmless and indemnify EZROM for the use and publication of any material provided or directed by the client for use in their projects.
Administrative Management of Web Sites
Administrative management is defined as those interactions between EZROM and the hosting company we have contracted with to host our clients web sites. Administrative management is incluced as a service for our clients who purchase their hosting through us. If EZROM agrees to provide administrative management for accounts not hosted through EZROM the client will be billed at $50.00/hr. and payment is due at the time of service. EZROM reserves the right to decline to offer assistance, depending on the nature and cause of the problem.
Web Site Training
EZROM does not provide free website or web site management training. We offer website and web site management training for our clients at the rate of $50/hr. Cost is based on the actual number of billable hours. Payment is due at the time of the training session.
Technical Support
EZROM provides free technical support for all issues related to web site construction and content, hosting, domain and email accounts for all products and services provided, developed or managed by our company. However, we do not provide free technical assistance for any issues not caused by or directly related to EZROM products and services, including trouble-shooting or setting up email accounts on the client's computer(s). If EZROM agrees to offer technical assistance, the client will be billed at $50.00/hr. and payment is due at the time of service. EZROM reserves the right to decline to offer assistance, depending on the nature and cause of the problem.
Payment - Web Design
Domain, hosting fees and 50% of web design are required as down payment for all web site orders.* The balance is due after the web site work is completed and approved by the client and before the site goes "live". Payments are accepted by check or money order payable to "EZROM, Inc." (US funds only) or PayPal.
Payment - Hosting
Hosting fees are by the year and collected in advance. For new web sites hosted with EZROM the first annual payment is due in 10 (ten) months from the time the hosting account was opened. Payments are accepted by check or money order payable to "EZROM, Inc." (US funds only) or PayPal.
EZROM may suspend a client's web site that is past due. If a domain or hosting expires, due to non-payment, a re-activation fee will be applied.
*Total payment up front is required for web brochures.
